With more than 40 years of carpentry experience, Tom brings a wealth of craftsmanship and dedication to every project. After founding the company in 1990 and building its reputation for high-end custom kitchens and intricately detailed spaces, Tom now plays a pivotal leadership role as the company has grown to offer start-to-finish new construction, additions, and more.

In his role as Lead Carpenter, Tom oversees on-site craftsmanship, mentors crew members, and ensures that every build meets the highest standards of excellence. His deep knowledge of carpentry makes him a true asset to the team and a steady presence on every job site.

Tom’s favorite part of the job remains the same: zoning in on fine carpentry work and channeling his creativity into the finishing touches that elevate a project from solid construction to exceptional craftsmanship.

A longtime resident of Scarborough, Maine, Tom embraces the coastal lifestyle outside of work. He enjoys early morning fishing trips from his boat off Saco Bay, biking, beach walks, and keeping up with sports. His passion for his craft, his work ethic and the people he works alongside continues to shape the strong foundation and reputation of the company today.
